Case Management
Youth Services Case Managers help individuals develop plans that meet their unique cultural needs and goals. Bi-lingual staff is available for Spanish-speaking clients, and we utilize additional resources for other languages.
The Hangout
The Hangout is a drop-in youth center dedicated to helping homeless and violence-impacted teens who need support, services, or a place to decompress.
Location: 20880 Baker Rd, Castro Valley, CA 94546
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Youth Services supports youths 12-24 through case management, advocacy, therapy, and residential services. Within services, we offer a safe space to rest, explore and embark on a journey of self-sufficiency and empowerment.
Supportive Services
Youth Outreach
Youth Outreach engages with youth in a school setting and in the community to provide information about healthy relationships and Ruby's Place. In addition, we also provide in-person and virtual training to educators and providers regarding youth risk factors involving Teen Dating Violence and Human Trafficking.
Shelter Services
Her House
Her House caters to the needs of transition-age youth 18-24 young women who have experienced human trafficking, domestic violence, or violent crime.
Youth Village
Youth Village will provide low-barrier emergency shelters for youth ages 12 to 17. Each young person will receive healthy food, a safe and secure place to sleep, and case management.
